How much is delivery?
Your delivery charge is calculated at checkout, based on the suburb you enter for delivery. If your suburb is not included in our system, please contact us to discuss delivery.
Do you have pickup locations?
Pickup is available exclusively from our Baking Studio in Spring Hill. If you’d like to collect your order, simply select the pickup option during checkout. Please note that we have designated pickup times, which are outlined below.

Can I pick up my order BEFORE the pick up times listed above?
Orders cannot be collected before the designated pickup times listed above, as we cannot guarantee your order will be ready. If an earlier pickup is required, please ensure this is arranged with our team in advance.
Can I pick up my order AFTER the pick up times listed above?
Orders cannot be collected after the designated pickup times, as our baking studio may be closed. If you require a later pickup, please arrange this with our team in advance. Should you miss the scheduled pickup time, it will be your responsibility to collect the order on the next available pickup date. Please note that orders will not be re-made under these circumstances.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Unfortunately we do not currently offer same day delivery. However, we do try and accommodate as much as we can. If you do require cupcakes or cakes urgently please feel free to contact us via phone, making your event special is very important to us, so we would love to help you.
Do you deliver at a specific time?
We deliver Monday to Saturday, between 8:30am to 5:00pm.
We do our best to deliver close to your requested time; however, deliveries are made according to our scheduled route. If you have a specific delivery time in mind, please include it in the order notes. While we’ll do our utmost to accommodate your preference, please note that we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. Delays may occur due to traffic or unexpected road incidents, so we appreciate a flexible delivery window to ensure your treats arrive safely.
Please note: On your delivery day you will receive a text message with your estimated delivery time. Should your delivery be delayed, we will contact you via phone to arrange another suitable time.
What happens if no one is home to accept the delivery?
If someone is not home to accept the product, our delivery driver will contact the recipient via phone. The recipient can direct our driver to leave the goods with a neighbour. If we are still unable to deliver, the goods will be taken back to our bakery, and additional delivery fees charged for attempted re-delivery. No refunds for failed delivery will be issued.
Why can’t you leave the delivery outside?
Due to strict food safety guidelines and the climate in South East Queensland, we are unable to leave goods unattended outside. If goods are left outside at the customer’s request, Simply Cupcakes cannot accept any responsibility for the order once it has been left.
Why can you not do a surprise delivery?
As per the reasons above, we are unable to leave perishable goods outside. However, for surprise gifts we will try and disguise the item we are delivering. Your recipient will only be made aware that they have a delivery coming today, so we are able to arrange a suitable delivery time.
Why do you need the recipients number?
We ask for the recipients number for delivery, this will assist us in ensuring we can deliver at a time they will be able to accept the delivery (whether this be to their home or work). If a recipients number is not supplied at checkout, we take no responsibility for your orders delivery, no refund will be given if your order is not delivered on the given date.
