Do I need to order online, or do you have a shop that I can pick up from?
We are exclusively an online store. At checkout, you can choose to have your order delivered directly to your front door (via discounted or free shipping options based on your order price & location) or via pickup to our Brisbane location (you can read more about our pickup options here). We are currently NOT offering pickup in Gold Coast areas.
Are your cupcakes & cakes baked fresh?
Yes, all our cupcakes and cakes are hand-made and baked fresh daily.
Will my cupcakes look exactly like the picture?
Not exactly, as all our cupcakes are hand made it is impossible to be exactly the same and unfortunately some of our decoration pieces may not be available/seasonal. But we also love to customise each order, so you can be sure you are getting something unique – just like you!
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver every day to Brisbane and Gold Coast. If you are outside of our delivery area, please contact us for a delivery quote. Visit our delivery page for more FAQ on delivery.
Do you have a pickup location?

What payments do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa & Afterpay.
Can you deliver my order at a certain time?
Yes, we can deliver your order at a certain time. If it clashes with other orders, we will contact you and let you know a different time of delivery to suit you.
Do you offer gluten free & vegan cupcakes / cakes?
Yes, we do offer gluten free & vegan cupcakes. It is best to contact us for a custom quote.
Food Allergies: Please be aware that all care is taken when catering for special requirements. It must be noted that within the premises we handle nuts, sesame seeds, wheat flour, eggs, and dairy products. Customers requests will be catered for to the best of our ability, but the decision to consume a meal is the responsibility of the purchaser.
How big are your regular sized cupcakes?
Our regular cupcakes are 4 – 6 bites and are roughly 5cm W x 7cm H.
How big are your mini sized cupcakes?
Our mini cupcakes are roughly half the size of our regular cupcakes.
Do you do same day delivery?
Unfortunately, we are not currently offering same day delivery. All our products are baked fresh daily, however feel free to contact us on 07 5679 5388 as we try our best to accomodate your date.
We require 48 hours notice for standard orders and up to 10 days for themed cupcakes/cakes.
How long do your cupcakes last and how do I store them?
Our cupcakes last approximately 3 days. We do not recommend that they are stored in the fridge as this dries out the cupcake. Please store them in a cool pantry, in the box they were received in.
Do you hire cupcake stands?
Yes, we hire out cupcake stands at $30 per stand, including delivery (to the event and after the event). We can also set up and decorate your stand at an extra cost of $40.
A hiring agreement must be signed by you, before hiring the stand.
Can I attach a card with my order?
Yes, you can include a personalised card message with order at no extra cost. Please include your message at check out.
